How long is one session?
Normally one session is one hour. It also alters by the age or types of classes
- Kids: One hour is ideal for kids to concentrate.
- Private one-on-one (adult) :It could be 1-1.5 hours. It depends on your goal and learning speed.
- Group classes: It would be better to have two hours. Because it includes interaction with classmates and more various activities than private class. Therefore, we suggest two hours of learning is more effective.
Feel free to discuss with your teacher and we would like to provide classes that fit you.
Can I pay in installments?
We do not accept installments. Instead, we accept full payments for the classes taken. Before the class starts, we check the number of classes, and payment is issued. We suggest that you take classes within your budget. It is easier for you and the teacher.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, bank transfers, and PayPal are acceptable. However, we only accept Taiwanese banks if you prefer bank transfers.
When is the payment due date?
- The tuition must be paid 1 week before the first class; otherwise, the class might be canceled.
How do you calculate the price?
Our hourly payment mainly depends on teaching experience and location.
- Experience: Given that our teachers have at least three years of experience, the price is 800 NTD and up.
- Location: An additional fee will be added based on the location of the class. If you choose to have in-person classes, please remember that the price will be based on how far the teacher has to commute.
Is it possible for the teacher to come to my office or my house?
- It depends on the distance from your place to the nearest station or bus stop. Usually, hourly payment would be higher because the teacher needs to spend time and money commuting to your location.
